Uni-automation (I) Pvt Ltd was incorporated as a Private Limited company in 1989. It is recognized as a leading manufacturer and exporter of potentiometers & position sensors in India.

We design our own products and processes. The range includes wire-wound, conductive plastic and non-contact type sensors and potentiometers and Joystick controllers. These are available in various types of packaging, like plastic and metal bodies, bushing and servo mounting, linear and rotary motion, solid and hollow shafts, contact and contact-less. The customers are distributed worldwide in over 19 Industry sectors.

Uni-Automation is one of the very few manufacturers in the world of conductive plastic thick films for resistor applications and also possessing hybrid conductive plastic technology developed in-house. We have a strong focus on the thick film pattern design and their special applications.

The 4000 sq ft manufacturing facilities are located at Shindewadi, off NH4, about 20 kms from Pune city centre in a peaceful and picturesque location just off the Pune-Bangalore NH4 Super highway. These include an adequately equipped tool room, good computerized testing facilities and infrastructure of clean working spaces.
Many of the equipment and facilities have been built in-house.
Training is an integral part of the working culture. There are frequent in-house training courses conducted by supervisors for the relevant persons.

The Company is certified for ISO 9001-2008 as well as ISO/TS 16949
A major portion of the production is exported to the industrial applications markets to Europe and USA and Southeast Asia.

Uni-automation has been recognized with the prestigious Parkhe Industrial Merit Prize, 1995 instituted by the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Pune. We are also recipients of Bosch award for Excellence in Product engineering in January 2008.
